To: All International Officers, Administrative Staff & OPEIU Local 153 Personnel
As most of you are aware, I have been unable to come to work due to health reasons. I am unsure when I will be able to return to full duties.
Therefore, effective immediately, International Executive Vice President James Little will be assuming the duties of my office and acting on my behalf until I return, in accordance with the T.W.U. International Constitution, Article VII., "Duties and Powers of International Executive Vice President & Presidents," Section. 1.
I have the utmost confidence in Jim, along with the Administrative Committee, and you, the International Staff to carry out the important business of this International Union.
International Executive Vice President Little will keep you updated on my progress.
